* Growing up Gabriel *

Well believe it or not... just 2 days after my 'nostalgic' post, i had another mini-reunion!!!

Elaine Teo a.k.a. Mosimann was back in town with her hubby Philippe + one dumpling which i'll just name "Blake" for now... so she summoned us to a chinois tete-a-tete at Ah Mei's Kaya Toast (which i'd recommended 'cos there was a newly opened large outlet near my place!) - So many people turned up! Even Jolynn, whom many of us had not seen for more than 12 years!!!

Here is a picture of Jolynn and Gabriel and me. Can you spot 2 things wrong with this picture?

#1) Jolynn is now t-a-l-l-e-r than me!!! Now this is wrong on so many counts! :-b Firstly, when we used to line up together in school (primary, secondary), she and Kathy/Mariam were always in the front row. Always! That means I was always at row 2 or thereabouts (probably with Bernice or Grace, who have both overtaken me already :-b) Secondly, Jolynn was always the smallest waif in class, with the smallest (cutest) body and teeny-tiniest waist! NOT me!

But look, she is taller and bigger than me now!!! Must be the air in Cambodia she said.... ha ha... i say it must be 'cos Gabriel sucked all the calcium and nutrients outta my body.... thus causing me to shrink...... (watch out Elaine! Your turn next :-b)

#2) Look closely at the sign on the wall behind us. What does it say? "NO PHOTO-TAKING" - Wahahahahaha.........
